A Quick Sandwich and an Announcement

First, the sandwich. This is my regular bbq pulled chicken with bacon, but I added about a third of a cup of orange juice to it at the end and let it reduce/absorb into the chicken. It was a great addition, added some nice brightness to what is otherwise a really rich dish. Plus that's an asiago bagel it's on, which makes it insane. That was a really good combo.

Now, my announcement. I am on Facebook. This is something I had actually been resisting for some time, but I figure that right now I have all this free time so it's the perfect time to do it. Heh.

Wow, dude, you took the plunge....FaceBook. Brave man! Let us know how it goes--I've been contemplating it, too, mostly due to friends nagging me constantly. I just don't know if I have time for work, blogging AND FaceBook. Something's gotta give.

I'm still resisting Facebook (and Twitter). I will be interested to learn whether another hold out thinks it's worth the time.

Orange juice in BBQ - sounds good.

haha, facebook isn't that bad. of course, facebook first hit the scene when I was a freshman in college, so I was in the first wave of addicts...so I guess I can't really talk.

Thanks kids! Hm, I'm not sure why the link isn't working. Facebooks help page isn't very helpful either. I'll keep checking around.

Bob,
Thanks for the tip about 1/4 can of milk per can of cream of mushroom soup. That makes so much more sense. Then it would make a thick sauce instead of boiling the chicken in soup. Thanks for visiting Bob!
