My brother makes the best baklava.
It's not as cloyingly sweet as other recipes, which I really like.
It also involves three sticks of butter for a 9x13" pan.
So, not healthy. At all. Also a pain to make. But so fricking good.
And since I've been having writers block lately, this is all you get. That and the fact that I don't have the recipe. I'll get it and post it though, eventually. Now, more coffee.
