Turkey Sandwich with Honey Mustard and Peppers
Yep, this is a short post about a turkey sandwich. Not a super spectacular, fancy pants one, just a really good one. I don't have step by step instructions because I wasn't planning on blogging it. But my apartment got some decent light while I was making it so I figured I would snap some pictures. Plus it was really good. Here it is:Honey turkey, red peppers, melted mozzarella, honey mustard, lettuce, a little fresh ground black pepper, on a toasted whole wheat roll. Simple, but wicked good. I would have put some onion on it if I had thought of it, some spinach would have been good instead of the lettuce and I think smoked cheese would have pushed it over the top. It would have gone great with some vegetable soup or some chips. A good ale would have been nice or some white wine. So there you go, that's it. Heh.
Most of the best things are simple, and in my humble opinion, there is nothing in the world like a good sandwich.
