Taco Burrito

Oh yeah. Something else to do with a mountain of taco meat. This here is some saffron rice (I would have put in green chilies if I had some, that's good times), a bunch of taco meat, crushed tortilla chips, lettuce, spicy cilantro sour cream and a mess of cheese. Good frigging times kids.

That's really it for this post, other than some admin stuff. Like the fact that I'm on Twitter now. So if you're interested in hearing what I cook but don't post about why not follow me? That's probably all I'll be tweeting (that's the proper term, right?) about. Unless you want my advice on something. I can't promise it'll be good, but I'm a friendly guy, I try to be helpful. Heh. Frankly, me being on Twitter is kind of weird, I don't really know what to do with it. But hey, everyone else is doing it, so why not? I also heard that there's a popular cliff nearby for jumping...

Whenever I have leftover taco stuff (beans, meat, cheese rice etc..,but no lettuce)I buy the burrito size tortilla and wrap everything inside, just like a burrito, but I freeze them and fry them (chimichanga). Just a different take.

I've tried, but I just can't get into Twitter. I don't see the point. If you find one, please tell me! Haha.

Mmmm...that looks tasty!!! I just made fajitas with some leftover steak. I was going to hog the whole thing for myself, but I had an attack of conscience and shared it with my husband! LOL!

Now you have me craving a huge Chipotle burrito! Although yours does sound better with that real saffron rice. Oh Tex-Mex how I love thee.

I have yet to cave in to the twitter trend...don't tempt me. If you've found a cliff though...

Hey, we have something very similar to your burrito from Kentucky Fried chicken! They add tomatoes in it and tasted really delicious! Now I can make my own:D

Yum! Crushed chips is a great idea. I'm going to steal it. And Twitter's pretty useless but I'm addicted anyway. Kind of like chat rooms from the late 90s.

That's one mouth watering burrito! I would prefer this over a regular burrito. you make it look so enticing.

I'm with you, a little green chiles would be quite tasty! This looks perfect on its own though...yum. Pretty indulgent, actually. I love a good savory indulgence.

The burrito looks delish, but what most intrigued me was the use of saffron rice in it--genius! I have got to try that!

Taco I suppose is very humble meal, but you made it into more luxury taco using saffron rice.
