I didn't use a measuring spoon but just put it in my hand then added it...so that's a guestimate. My son who is 6 was done eating and came back to the table and said he wanted more, in fact his exact words were "this is WAY good!"... my husband did too and even my finicky little 23 month old son chowed it down!!
